All illustrations, artwork, and images published on this website are original works created by Marta Miguel and are automatically protected under Spanish Intellectual Property Law (Real Decreto Legislativo 1/1996, Ley de Propiedad Intelectual) and Directive 2001/29/EC of the European Parliament on the harmonisation of certain aspects of copyright in the information society.
These laws grant Marta Miguel the exclusive rights to reproduce, distribute, publicly communicate, and transform her works. Any use without prior authorisation constitutes an infringement of these rights and may result in civil and criminal liability.
