OVERVIEW
This store is operated by Marta Miguel Art. By placing an order, you agree to the following terms regarding production, shipping, returns, and cancellations.
All products are made to order unless otherwise stated.
PRODUCTION & SHIPPING
All items are produced on demand. Production times typically range from 2–5 business days.
Shipping times vary depending on destination and are estimated at checkout. Please read the product info.
Shipping costs are calculated separately and shown at checkout.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by external factors beyond our control.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU CUSTOMERS)
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
To exercise this right:
- You must notify us by email within 14 days of delivery
- Items must be returned within 14 days after notification
Conditions:
- Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Products that are clearly personalized or made to the customer’s specifications.
- Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons once opened.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
As most products are made to order, exchanges are not guaranteed.
If you wish to request a different size, please contact us and we will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis.
Returned items must meet the conditions described above. Items that do not comply may be refused.
DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
You must provide:
- Photos of the product
- Order details
If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
CANCELLATIONS & ORDER CHANGES
Orders can only be cancelled or modified within a short time after purchase (usually within 24 hours).
After this period, production may have started and changes may no longer be possible.

LOST PACKAGES
If your order is lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
We will investigate and offer a solution where applicable.
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
If the shipping address provided is incorrect and the order is returned, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.
