Shipping policy
Most of the products are made on demand through a third-party manufacturer. You can see the production partner in each product info.
Order Processing
Production time is 2 to 7 business days before your order is shipped. This time is in addition to the shipping transit time.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on the destination and where the manufacturer is located:
- Spain: 3 to 20 business days after shipping
- European Union: 5 to 20 business days after shipping
- International: 10 to 30 business days after shipping
These are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control (customs, public holidays, etc.).
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of the order.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package in real time.
Multiple Packages & Shipping Costs
Since the products made to order are manufactured by different suppliers located in various parts of the world, orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate packages and from different locations. This means:
- You may receive more than one package for a single order
- Separate shipping costs may apply for each package depending on the origin and destination
- Each package may have its own tracking number
You will be notified by email with the tracking details for each shipment.
Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Customs holds
- Adverse weather conditions
- Incorrect delivery address provided by the customer
Taxes & Duties by Region
- European Union: Prices include VAT where applicable.
- United States: Prices are shown excluding tax. Applicable sales tax will be calculated at checkout.
- Rest of the world: Orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
International Orders & Customs
Orders may be subject to import duties and taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not covered by me.
Products shipped within Europe are typically manufactured in Europe. You can find the exact country of manufacture in each product's description, so there should be no customs charges for EU orders.
Products shipped to the United States are typically manufactured in the United States, so customs charges are generally not applicable.
In the rare event that customs or import duties are applied, these charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Marta Miguel Arte is not responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or delays caused by customs processing.
Incorrect Delivery Address
Please double-check your address before confirming your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at martamiguelarte@gmail.com. Once the order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee address changes.

Art prints and Framed Artworks Production & Shipping
Most art prints and framed artworks are made to order through trusted European print partners. Each piece is produced especially for you after your order is placed.
Production time usually takes 1–2 business days, although some orders may require up to 4–5 business days depending on the product type, size, or framing options.
Estimated shipping times after production:
- Europe & United Kingdom: 2–5 business days
- United States & Canada: 3–7 business days
- Australia: 4–8 business days
Please note that shipping times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by customs processes, local carrier delays, weather conditions, or public holidays.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please allow an additional 2–3 business days before contacting us, as minor shipping delays can occur.
Because products are made to order, slight variations in color, framing, or print placement may occur depending on screen settings and production processes.
